Is a beta hcg of 158 to 300 over 24hr period good?

I am 16dpo, my first beta was 158, my second beta 48hrs later 300. Is this good numbers? Im so scared, i had an ectopic in feb, my levels did not double and rised very slow. I hope this is a good sign. I have a scan on 14th. thankyou for commenting :) Just very nervous
