I HAVE NO IDEA!! BUT THIS IS STRANGE! ANY LADIES EVER HAD ISSUE?

OK, so i started my period 4/24 but it was a week early like my last cycle in March! Not only that, my last period had a lot of clots and horrible cramps!(i dont normally have cramps during AF!) I dont know how possible it is to be pregnant and still have a period although that I have been told so, but I have been feeling very tired and been making more frequent trips to the ladies room! If so, could I have been pregnant with twins and lost one? I have 3 year old twin girls and twins run on my side of the family! I can also feel what I think is the top of my uterus like a few centimeters above my c-section scar! But I dont want to get my hopes up to high!! So I need some advice!!
