Is randomly lactating a year after I last breastfed a sign of pregnancy?

9dpo, have had a ton of other pregnancy symptoms increasing for past week-nausea, exhaustion, increased sense of smell, don't want coffee which I usually have every day, tender breasts, darkening around nipple, frequent peeing, cramps, gas, backache...and just a few minutes ago I started lactating a little fluid from my breasts. I haven't breastfed since May of 2012 and have never had this happen since then.

Could swear I got very very faint lines on wondfo's this morning, but could be evaps. Also similar on FRER.

Please vote or comment if you've ever randomly lactated.
