So confused could really do with some help and guidance please

hi, I had been having pg symptoms for ages, my period was 17th march, all the pg symptoms started two weeks ago, Friday early morning I woke up with sharp pain in stomach, went to loo (tmi I know) black red lumps were there all that day every time I went to loo then I had the next day of blood when I wiped. What the hell is going on with my body? what does this mean has anyone ever experienced this? I was 12 days late and hopeful until this happened? :(

Please share your wisdom, I really thought this was it this time
