Maybe Implantation bleeding ?!

My lmp was march 22. I was active the following weeks. I started spotting on the 17. Which was 4 days before af would come. I Am NEVER EARLY. Im always 29 days for length of af& I always bleed heavy 2 days then light for two, never spotting. I spotted for 3 days. Very light. Never got heavy . I stopped spotting on the 20th. My breats are sore and im having headaches. I took a pt on 23rd but i got a bfn..Still no heavy bleeding , no bleeding at all. Could that have been implantation bleeding? Should i test again?
