Moms, please help! 2WW: pms + pregnancy symptoms?

Those of you that have been pregnant, is it normal to have your regular PMS symptoms before implantation occurs? It would make sense to me that since your body isn't registering that you're pregnant yet, it would carry on as normal until implantation occurs. What were your experiences? Did you have your normal post-ovulation/PMS symptoms before implantation?
