I got pregnant my first cycle off the pill - mind you I only made it to 5 weeks before miscarrying but I had bacterial vaginosis and I think that's what caused the miscarriage.

With my first I came off the pill in October and was pregnant by January. With my second I came off the pill in August and was pregnant the next January. I just had my IUD removed in Feb and am TTC #3! Good luck to you!

I had my implenon removed in October and got my period later that day. Its so crazy but my periods have been regular ever since then.

When I went off the pill, I got my period about 4 weeks later but it was about 50 days between the first and second cycle. The third cycle came after 40 days and then I was back to normal. It can take a little while for your body to learn how to start ovulating again. :)
