EWCM but no lh surge...?

I've been getting EWCM for about 3-4 days now but I'm getting no lh surge. My OPK is very light and has been like that for about a week now. What does this mean?

What Cd are you on? Sometimes your body gears up to O but doesn't. Then tries again, maybe thats whats going on with you. Have you used opk's before? If you could tell me a little bit more, I will try to answer your question better.

Sorry, I'm on CD 21 today. I have used OPK's before I got pregnant with my son. This is my second cycle after birth so I don't know if I've ovulated already or haven't yet... But I'm bd'ing just in case..
