Spotting 6 days after LMP end... implantation??

Hello Ladies,

I had AF come April 7th-10th. Normal period, (previous period was March 14th-18th, I think I O'd on the 28th, but...) I started spotting on the 15th, brown and light, it got a bit heavier, but still not enough to use a tampon or pad.. it is a deep dark red.. is there any way this could be implantation? We BD'd on March 22, 23 and 28th.. I am confused here, as I NEVER spot, EVER.. not before, not after my period. And theres no way that I could be having a period again, less than two weeks after my first?!

Called my Dr; she didn't seem too concerned... took a HPT, looked negative.. (not on BC not using any proventative measures, also not tracking BBT)

any advice, or opinions would help greatly, I have searched and found contradictive articles.
