With CBFM, do I bd on high days up until the peak day?

I am on cd10 and just got my first high today, does this mean I am fertile right now and that I should be trying at this time too until I get my peak day? Im still trying to figure out how it works exactly

The high reading is to let u know u have entered ur fertile period. Becuz there's no exact length to this period, u should definitely bd every or every other day. Ur peak could come in the middle of today and u wont know til tomorrow morning, or it could be a week away. U want to make sure the sperm is there waiting for the egg, not trying to get there when the egg is already out, so bd until u know for sure O is over. Good luck! =))
