Back pain and achy leg pains (pulling) is early pregnancy symptom???

Am having back pains and pain in legs from last 3 days...right now am on 6 DPO.Is it early pregnancy symptom???

Could be implantation. I had low - grade fever, mild back pain and muscles pains - especially the legs on implantation day. Good luck :)
