Lower abdomen tender to touch- symptom? 8dpo

Hey, so I'm 8dpo today and my very lower abdomen, around where my pubic bone is, has been tender to the touch all day. It's worse when I'm stood up.

Has anyone had this before? Did you get a bfp or was it something else?

I had the same thing yesterday and today I am 9dpo today and it even hurt to lay on my stomach... still waiting for my bfp thought... took a test this morning and it was negative
