Sore Boobs?

I had a question about when people say they have sore boobs as a sign of pregnancy. I have had soreness in them since 7dpo. But what they feel like is full feeling in my bra, like its to tight or something and I want to take it off. When I take off the bra they are just sore and when i walk and stuff but not super unbearably painful... is that how they feel when they are a pregnancy symptom? Or is it way more painful than that? I have never had the sore boobs this early it usually the day of my period that I get them.
