Could i possibly be pregnant?

I have pcos ,ttc for 2 yrs, lost 12 lbs and my period started on its own. We were intimate a couple times the week i was due for ovulation. out of curiosity, i took a test. I assumed it was negative so i didnt look at after i laid it down til the next day, i was a faint pos. im thinking it may have been an evap. line, but ive had a backache for 2 weeks now, have some yellow looking jelly discharge 2 days before my expected period, still havent started and was very nauseous for one day and fine the next, no breast changes except maybe nipples look a little larger than normal....can anyone give me some advice...sorry its so long
