Concerns with sprintec28 generic for ortho-cyclen. Missed period(9days)

I started taking the pill three months ago, I take them regularly at 5pm every day with dinner. I haven't missed a pill either.. however on my second month of taking them I didn't get my period. I started taking the new pack(third month) because I took a answers pregnancy test both with morning urine on two separate days and both showed negative. I haven't really had any pregnancy symptoms. Infact I have felt like I was going to start my period about 3 days late and never did. Last night after me and my husband had sex (sorry tmi) I had spotting. But nothing else.. and that was only enough for a panty liner and I didn't even really need that. I called my regular doctor but she isn't going to be in for a few days. If anyone has done this or known someone with the same problem or even had some advice I would love to hear from anyone. I'm concerned on rather or not I am pregnant.. with just recently having a miscarriage a couple months ago.. so plz ladies I need your advice/help.
