help!!!!!!!!! can i be pregnant??? i been nausea for the last week throwing up and over heated and lower back pain and also my nipples r real sore. my cycles was suppose to come 3/27 but no signs i took a test (dollar store brand) SATURDAY 3/30 bfn.. can i still be pregnant really hope this is my month. 19dpo

Hi, I just found out today that I am pregnant - 4 days before my period. 6 different brad tests all positive so I am not imagining lol. I pretty sure I implanted yesterday as I suddenly got feverish and got muscles pains like hell. I was pretty sure I got some horrible disease and most probably I am going to die lol The fever was about 37.5 steady the whole day. Similar to you, I had dull low back pains + in the evening I got a mild sore throat + mild dry cough. The whole fiasco continued today less the muscles pains. No vomiting, no soar breasts, no fainting, no implantation bleeding, no nausea ...nada! You seem to have Every Symptom in the Book. I am thinking you are pregnant. Check your temperature. That's was the first alarm bell for me. Sending good energy and a LOT of baby dust your way :) x
P.S. Avoid Clearblue and the blue line tests in general. total crap
