3 weeks late HELP HELP HELP

Hi ladies,
I was expecting AF around the 10-12th of March and I have yet to see her!
I had many symptoms before AF was supposed to show: sore boobs, tired, headaches, bad nausea, heartburn, moody, etc. and lately I've only had cramping off and on-but more like gas pain cramping, tired, headaches and my areola are definitely darker-very noticeable!! I also have a harder spot above my pelvis...I know it'd be too soon to feel a pregnancy lump there, but it's definitely harder than the rest of my gut (haha). The last test I took was 10 days ago, and it was definitely BFN. I had an appt with my Dr but he got into a car accident and rebooked me to April 17th! I was going to go to a walk in on Friday until I realized it was Easter weekend and everything was closed. I'm not really stressing about it as I'd be happy either way - I just want to know either way.
Have any of you ladies had late positives despite symptoms?
Any advice welcome ladies!
