Question

Cycle day 45, tested positive (very faint) for two days, now negative... How's that possible?

Currently I'm at cycle day 45. History: half a year ago I stopped taking birth control pills. First cycle was 48 days, then 28 (protected), 32, 31 (ovulation day 18 (OPK), this cycle also used OPK from cycle day 11 till 22, all negative (digital OPK). Still no sign of menses, sometimes nausea and fatigue. On cycle day 42 very faint line on wondfo cassette (morning urine), day 43 still a line but even ligther. Cycle day 44 no line visible also clearblue digital says not pregnant, day 45 still no line visible. The first test I shoed on my account. There is definitly a line.
Could I be pregnant, Am I going to have a miscarriage? Is my HcG fluctuating or do I have low amounts of HcG. I'm clueless!

I would say it was a chemical where although the egg implanted it didn't stay due to many reasons
Test in few days if no af but sadly chemicals are very very common :( x
