Vivid Dreams

I had a dream last night that I took a pregnancy test. The test had 7 different tests on them. I remember actually peeing on the stick; 4 out of the 7 (on the stick) was positive. Does anyone know what this means? I was filled with joy..I'm not getting my hopes up, just need some guidance on vivid dreams! Thank you!
