(TMI) 4d piui and what is that????

Yesterday was 4d piui and have been real gassy and had heartburn since 1d piui. Yesterday I noticed in the toilet after going #1 that there was a stringy reddish brown discharge (TMI). Is this related to the IUI or could it be implantation on day 4? I've had a few hot flashes since yesterday too. Today I've experienced some headaches, which I don't get too often.
