should i test again or not?

I took a test yesterday afternoon because i have been having symptoms. Nausea for the last couple weeks just randomly, random flutters and pains in my stomach and ovaries, backaches, moodiness, weepy; i cry all the time for no reason and i never have, frequent urination, i just feel different than i ever have. I did get AF recently it was 4 days late, and it was just spotting and the uterine lining mostly. I have had cramps but not normal cramps i usually get. Could this be implantation and should i take another test in the morning, or should i just forget it and take it as its just af?
