Triphasic chart??

Hi , I'm currently 9 dpo and my temp spiked at 7 dpo and has been high since then. Is this temp spike normal ? I took a hpt today and bfn. Is it too early? Please help!!

I tested and never got my bfp until 16 dpo. How long have you been charting? You just have to know what is normal for you. High temps are normal for some people especially after ovulation. I think most ppl temps stay high if they are pregnant, except for mine, at least with this pregnancy anyway. Triphasic is a good indication of pregnancy but doesnt always guarantee pregnancy. However, i personally would suspect pregnancy if it were my chart. God bless
