Help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to figure out if I could be pregnant.

Is it's possible to be pregnant, I had period. Beginning of this month. Now I have sore nipples,nausea,tired,keen sense of smell,some cramping,full breast. All test have been neg. Dr. called yesterday said sugar levels are high,if pregnant wouldnt it came up in test Dr. ran.
Please help me with questions if you can
