Any ideas?

Ok its abit of a long one ladies, i had around a 37 day cycle last month and then on the 3rd of March i had 2 days of brown spotting, following this 2 weeks later i had another 2 days of brown spotting, dizziness queasiness.
So far since then i have tender nipples and boobs, they look and feel bigger to, i have severe bloating, im hungrier than usual, tired throughout the day but at night i struggle to fall asleep untill 3-4am, this morning i had some thick white creamy discharge tmi sorry!! Im peeing alot more too, i went last month for a chock up with my gp and i have no infections and all bloods were fine.
I have done a hpt but it looked neg to me, now my mum wen she fell pregnant with me didnt register on any hpts untill she was around 2 n a half months gone, and my close friend also had this problem, im wondering do my symptoms sound promising or am i reading in to this too much?? Also i dont think i ovulated this month either which is the 1st time this has happened!!
