Af 6 days late ,negative pregnancy tests

Hi everyone af is now 6 days late all bfn on tests took the last one yesturday morning with FMU and nothing I really don't no what to do now please someone give me some advice xxx

Not sure! You're a medical mystery! Seriously though, I have read that sometimes it can take a while to get a positive... someone took 2 weeks after AF. I'm sure that doesn't help. I expect you're feeling pretty desperate to know. All I can say is good luck!

5 years TTC. Endometriosis and adenomyosis. Surgery. 2 IVFs. No joy. Low ovarian reserve. Is there any real hope? DE IVF = next step. Much higher success rates, but so used to things not working, it's hard to feel too hopeful. Wishing others an easier time.
