IMPLANTATION BLEEDING??? CAN I USE A HPT WHILE BLEEDING?

my ovulation day was march 5 and I had unprotected sex starting mach 1,2,5,6,7, and my period is due on march 19, but last Thursday morning (march 14) I woke up (9DPO) and found out that I am bleeding, it was pink at first then mid day it turned watery brown and continued to be reddish then brown and then second day I was still bleeding a bit red and very light flow until now and today is the third day but it is becoming very very light bleeding but red. This bleeding came 6 days early than my expected day of my AF, could this be IB or early period? It also came with cramps and backache :( I am confused because my AF never came early my entire life and I am experiencing some symptoms such as headaches, bloating, very very tired, vivid dreams and even sneezing alot and dont end up getting sick. I want to take an HPT already but I am bleeding and couldnt bare to see a BFN :( any thoughts and answers please? thanks
