is it possible?

TTC first child had a mc in Nov and now trying for Nov baby have had some symtoms but dont know if im imaging it have backache sensitive nose and running to the loo alot did a test on Tues it was neg is there still hope / I got pos OPK on the 20th of Feb

If you ovulated 12-48 hours after your positive OPK, tuesday may have been too soon to test. You should be approching 14dpo, so I would imagine you'd get a positive pregnancy test if you caught the egg in the next day or so :)
