Had AF, but not the usual.

I experienced every symptom of pregancy for 3 weeks. I was 2 days late, and it only lasted about a day and a half, compared to the usual 3-5. I am still getting sick in the mornings, and my breasts are killing me. I have taken a hpt with a negative result. What are the chances that I could be pregnant and it just isnt showing up yet? I am so confused. This has never happened before.
