help with temps and ovulation
My last cycle was completely normal sry I dont have it on here, but during my period i am always in the lower-mid 97's and then drop the day before ovulation and jump up over 98 the day of. This cycle has been very weird with my temps staying between 97.7-98.2 during my period, droppping to 97.3 during fertile time then yesterday went to 97.9 which is the normal shift on cd 16 and today should have been 98 + but instead it was 97.6. Im really confused as to when ovulation will happen today is cd 17. Also, the second day of my period I passed a pretty big blood clot. Not sure what all this means just really want to conceive. thanks for any and all help.

Is your chart showing a thermal shift? Some people have stair climbing post O temps that they slowly rise and not a huge spike... Another possibility is that your body geared up to Ovulate and it hasnt yet which would explain lack of spike if you dont have enough progesterone. Im going thru that now. Im on CD 34 with low temps and spotting on and off.
Also, depending how you take your temp... Is it the same time every day even weekends? Orally or vaginally? Oral can be affected in oh sooo many ways.. Vaginal or rectal is the better method if you dont mind doing that as not much can affect that. where oral sleeping with your mouth open affects it..
