Implantation bleeding days after ovary twinges?

Is it possible to have cramps and ovary twinges and then implantation bleeding several days later? It's either implantation bleeding or the beginning of that annoying b&*%# Aunt Flo! Lol

I have read that implantation bleeding can occur anywhere around 7-9 dpo typically. However, it can happen later too as some stories have proven. So, I guess until AF shows or your bbt chart says otherwise....there is still hope!
