Tips or Tricks to getting a high washed count or good motility?

Any tips or tricks to getting a high washed count, doing our next IUI later this week and just wondering if we could be doing anything different? Looking for any helpful info.

I dont think so doll, my RE never told us to do anything. I think the most important thing is not to have sex greater than 5 days prior but not less that 24 hours before. I hope i said that right
