Ff is messing me around qualified charters heeeellllppppp xx

So as some of u do I take shortcuts whendoing my bbt. I take it properly but I don't start till I know im about to ovulate. I know you also shouldn't go from previous temps in other months and the coverline but mine always seem about the same. Ff put my O at cd 20 and then now has taken it out completely? ??? Its messing about anyway the whole system. But looking at my chart cd 20 is right isnt it? I know the coverline is to high now but we cant change it on this x Thanks
