when to test? on day 33 of 34 cycle

I have just been feeling off this month and thought I ovulated on CD 16 because I was spotting for 3 days brownish/pink, then took a OPK on CD 26 because I felt cramping and it was +. So now Im on CD 33 and I have taken some test and I got one with 2 lines on an Answer Monday but the line didnt show up right away, it was a few hours when I returned to look at it. I have taken a FRER yesterday and today and got -. So do i need to wait til this coming Monday to test since that should be the day after Af comes?

I would try and wait until Monday, if possible. That would give you the best chance at an accurate HTP result, statistically speaking.
