Is their a possibility I'm pregnant. 2 period in one months read my story before answering

Hi. I just want to know could I be pregnant. Ok so I had a period on January 15 2013 which is normal then it ended on the 22. Then on February 2 2013 I started to spot light pink and sometimes brownish discharge for a few days along with a slightly light bleeding for about 4-5 days. Then on the 15 of February which is the day my period was suppose to come it came and it was fairly light not normal. Me and my bf started having sex unprotected on January 1st until present day sometimes on my period we never use a condom but he pull out. Yes we fully understand that you can get pregnant off pre cum. I am getting Brest tenderness and cramps that are not normal. I also had lately been finding myself putting hot sauce on everything and a little emotional its just not me. I asked my mom and she said she had two periods in the same month when then found out she was pregnant with her last child. I just want to know could I possibly be pregnant or should I just stop worrying. I'm accept advice
