13 dpo

So i am 13 dpo & for the last two weeks i had most of the symptoms, i was cramping, frequent urination, always hungry, backaches, weird dreams, always waking up at 5am not tired etc, the night of 11 dpo when i peed & wipied there was a small amount of brownish looking blood very light. All the tests I've taken have been negative, now the morning of 13 dpo i feel like most of those symptoms have gone away, i didn't wake up starving & i didn't wake up needing to pee, my boobs aren't really sore anymore but my nipples are swollen, af is due tmr. What do you guys think, is that normal??!
