Positive OPK, Abnormal Temp shift? -- What is going on?

I am on CD 25. I had Positive OPKs CD 23, CD 24, & CD 25. I still see no clear BBT spike. Please look at my chart below. I had a 'spike' after a drop in BBT on CD 17 and my temps have been high since then but I'm not sure what this means or if it means ANYTHING at all.

Does it appear that I've ovulated yet or that I should soon?

Please help in whatever way you can.
