What dpo should someone start testing?

Tomorrow is either 7dpo or 8dpo for me. When would you recommend the first test? (Obviously I'm curious when you guys start)

I usually start testing around day 7, but that is because I am too anxious to wait! If you want to be more realistic, I would probably wait until day 10. Not many people get a positive before day 10. You will save more money on tests that way too.
