PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

Ok so I started a period Jan 19 ended Jan 26 i am on either CD14 or CD1. I started spotting brown discharge yesterday and then it kinda got alittle heavier spotting, its dark brown/red and I haven't had to change a pad all day. Usually my period is horribly bad. I usually have alot bleeding changing a pad every hour type bleeding. I also have alot of painful cramping, but right now barley any.

So basically heavy spotting thats dark brown/red
Some cramping
Positive OPK today

Please help what does this mean?

Ur cd14. Spotting does not mean its a new cycle, flow means its a new cycle. If u have a positive opk, the spotting could very well be related to ovulation. I would get baby dancing.
