Am i conceiving?

I had my first period this january 1st, according to my ovulation tracker my fertole days are from January 10-15. we had some intercourse during those said dates and we really wanted to have a child. Just this morning about 8am i felt like i needed to urinate, i felt some pain during urination like im having an urinary infection, after the last drop of my urine i saw a small drop of im not sure if it is blood or is that what they said to be spotting. but my undies are clean and no drops of blood. i urinated again at 10am. i'm so worried and i hope someone can make it clear to me. Please help me understand this... thank you in advance
