Question

Charlie Horse!

I started af yesterday. I got a charlie horse to the right of my belly button yesterday afternoon. It shot down to my pelvic area. I've tried researching this and got little info. It doesn't hurt anymore but when it happened I couldn't stand up straight for a few min. The info I did get from the internet varied from a hernia to a pregnancy. I bled during pregnancy with my first child, that was part of the reason I didn't find out until I was five months pregnant. So I'm wondering if if I should ignore it or what? Any advice would be helpful.
I don't try to diagnose myself from the internet, just try to be informed before I go to the dr.
