Extremely nauseous in and after warm/hot shower?

So my cycles are usually 35 days long but when I did bleed it was short and it was a week late. That was a few weeks ago but now I'm starting to wonder because I've been nauseous and never tested this cycle. Also I want to add I am not making it up, it is there it came out of nowhere last week and every day since when I take my shower, I hav to literally run out of the bathroom because I don't want to puke.
