no AF again...getting worried now
hi i am now 3 days late, still no sign of AF for the past 4 months my periods have got very irregular before all this started i was regular as clockwork iv done 4 tests all are neg i have an appointment to see my doctor on thursday but i dont know what to expect please can someone help im only 24, thank you so much

memberconsider diet, unhealthy weight either over or under, change in habits, and STRESS issues... those can play a huge roll in wacky cycles. But 4 months without af is cause for a dr visit. Keep your head up and suggest any insight on changes in your life to your doctor. Keep calm and keep your mind clear of anything scary until and only until they should bring it up.
