How do I know how many days are in my LP ? An what does it mean?

Lp is the time from your ovulation to when AF shows. By bbt charting and opk you can determine how long your lp is. Anything under 9 is cause to get with your doc and anything over 16. Also each month it can differ by a day or two, shouldn't more than that. Hope that helps.
