Is there supposed to be a line inside the digital OPK from First Response?

I'm using the Unmistakable Yes/No digital OPK by FRER and I'm on CD 9. I've gotten all "NO-" so far, but I notice when I eject the dipstick there is no line on it whatsoever. I've googled some images and found that the test strips have a pink line, but mine don't. Is there supposed to be a pink line inside or only when it's positive??
