When would you test?

I have weird cycles (full info on my profile thing). I used the tool here to average my cycles and it said 36 days. But they can range anywhere from 25-41+.
My last AF started on March 14th and lasted till March 22nd with regular bleeding and I spotted on the 23rd.
Dh and I dtd on the 27th, 1st and 5th of April. Using the tools on this site I most likely ovulated somewhere between the 1st and 6th of April. I don't temp or use opk's since we are ntnp right now so I don't know for sure when I did. So I'm anywhere between 13dpo - 8dpo. I've been using some expired tests my mom gave me from her doc's office (expired in feb.), all neg. This morning I took a FRER and it was neg.
I've been feeling like crud the last week or so, cramping for around a week, and not like AF cramps. My boobs have been sore for a couple days, headaches and been dizzy quite a bit.
Just not sure when I should test since I'm not sure when I'd be late for AF.

Mom of 2, one of each. A son, 4½ and a daughter, 2. (not really any DPO since my OPK's were all messed up, it automatically put the dpo in there, disregard that lol)
