Could lower backache be the first symptom??
I've had backache in the last few days and my period isn't due for a few more days. I've never had backache this early, usual get it first day when af comes. How many had this as a first symptom?? My muscles feel really sore too.
I mean I've had other symptoms like tired as hell and other common symptoms but the backache is really throwing me off.

Im on my second try and my symptoms are different to last time around. Lower back ache was one of my early symptoms but I think I ignored it as it could have been my AF and I didnt want to get my hopes up. I was surprised how much it hurt though and it threw me a little but is all worth it in the end.
