Faint positve 12/5 with FMU took a cheapie later that evening negative

I had my mirena removed 10/25 had a 3 day spotting light period right after the. A medium flow 11/20-11-24 been experiencing preg symptoms since 11/7 could I really be pregnant ? Look at my tests in my HPT images could I get + then a - Cus I'm too early ???

If you are testing super early and getting positives and negatives, I'd wait a couple days. Could be that one test is picking up the positive and due to perhaps diluted urine, other tests aren't.
