What is implantation bleeding like?

Think I'm about 8 dpo and yesterday and today have had darkish brown colour blood - but like a light period, not just spots. Usually I have bright red blood towards the 2nd day, but not seeing that? Can implantation bleeding last for a couple of days and be like a light period?

implantation bleeding is normally spotting but some women do a little more than spot... this could be implantation bleeding every woman is so different amd so is every pregnancy... Good luck! Keep your fingers crossed! Baby dust!
