If you're having bleeding accompanied by cramps, go to the ER, it could be a miscarriage...If it's just spotting, you're probably ok. I was having spotting for about 5 days during week 4 and so I called the obgyn office and talked to a nurse, she said it's very common and should only be a cause for concern if there are cramps as well...good luck!!
