Am I crazy??

Ok so I thought I had a period on the 10th lasting 3 days. Had some bleeding on the 17th and spotting yesterday (19th). Yesterday and today I have had horrible nausea on and off all day, my boobs are tender and sensitive, I've been EXTREMELY tired (like can barely keep my eyes open), slight cramping, headache, peeing like every few hours, dizziness, and heightened sense of smell...and the list goes on...lol Am I imagining it all or could I actually already be pregnant?? I had a urine test yesterday that was negative, but it could just be too early. Idk what else it could be though. My periods don't make me feel this way EVER.
